Whilst looking for something else found a small cache of Rudder hinge! Now have enough for both Rudders, so cut up required bits and engraved id on each.
Reinstalled left Rudder, and all is good, hinges are flush and Rudder lines up with Winglet. Bellhorn contacts inner skin 1mm past the neutral position. Noice!
Similar process to left for right hinge installation. With straight edge as reference clamped Tip and Root hinge halves to Winglet, drilled both and fitted with cleco. Fitted Rudder hinges to installed Winglet hinges and wedged with bits of foam.
Drilled Rudder hinges and fitted with cleco. De-rigged Rudder and started the same process for Mid hinge.
Played with the removable pin concept a bit, trying to approach the final position on whether it was a dumb idea or not.
