Brief Description:  Wing bolt retainers

Spent some time pondering the bolt holders that I just lurve to pieces on the outer bolts, and documented here on 18feb2020. I pinched the idea from James Redmon's Berkut 13 project log.

http://www.berkut13.com/berkut12.htm

The Cozy capped box spar through the strake means I still have the access holes. It is also of note that he bolts are reversed in relation to the Cozy plans, (ie. bolt heads forward, nuts on the back, which is actually more in accord with the 'bolt heads forward or up' rule of thumb for fasteners). I used a countersunk screw through the hardpoint with a nutplate on the bracket, just because.

The problem is, I can't use them on the inboard because there is only one bolt head. Reaching the bolt head is MUCH harder for arthritic me than the outboard. I made a test piece out of a scrap trimmed bit, and discover that the existing bracket works just with the center screw, even if I torque the bolt to destruction of the part. Hmmmmmm. Dare I drill a hole in the shear web? Hmmmmmmm. Maybe with a hard point, taped the same as the shear web??? Hmmmmm
