Left Wing BL31 rib repair
More sanding, using hand/1" & 0.5" drums/multitool. Nothing works well due to awkward geometry.
Excavated Wing bolt access holes.
Sanded BL31 rib and opened up conduit.
Sand, (sigh), sand, (sigh)...
Cutting holes in the wing!
