Trimmed layup, still a bit gummy, but OK. Trimming the edges with the multi tool makes it positively gooey!
Sanded leading edge flat and started transitions. Created a few flat spots.
Cut off fish tail and roughly profiled foam.
Started pulling smegging peel ply, one cm at a time. After a long break started again, still slow, but everything now harder and a wood chisel helps.
Smoothed edges of Spar Cap with Dremel router and noticed how much damage I had done earlier pulling up the packing tape. It worked much better than the duct tape, mostly coz it sticks better to the foam, but I have dinged the crap out of the foam getting it out.
Routed Rudder cable conduit trough and fitted nyloflow this time with urethane glue. Regret it later as it is expanding and pushing the nyloflow out of the trough. Tamed it with extra toothpicks close together. Micro did it better.
When I pack up for the night resin passes the scratch test and is quite hard.
Hmmm. Tape has formed part of the structure it seems...
