Brief Description:  Right Aileron hardware

Rigged Aileron to 20 degress up, [Timewarp: I have been working on this 20 degrees for a while now, but others have pointed out it exists nowhere in the documents!!! "the 20 degree motion at the belcrank is important, the MOST important thing is to have the +/- 1.8" - 2.4" at the inboard TE of the aileron"], placed the rod end bearings about where I wanted, with 6mm of thread showing. CS128 bellcrank at the stop bolt and measure the CS129 length I need. Plans say 8.7", CN82 says 9.1". I say 8.53", and so cut it! This is all a bit surreal, and I'll check everything before I rivet anything. Maybe not until all the Aileron hardware back to the stick is done.

Refitted all and still note some fouling of hardware in the torque tube hole. Keep oogering it out until is good.

Adjusted lower gap between Aileron and Wing so my 0.08" thick ruler is a light sliding fit in all attitudes

Prepped foam and put 3 x BID over the above in overlapping small bits.

Tried 1 x BID over the ends of the A13, but it just would not stay put. Painted with epoxy instead.
