Brief Description: Right Aileron hardpoints/counterbalance
Finished A10 pocket Right Aileron.
Placed A2/A5 in place and put a straight edge across all. Discover all my hard points are bowed, dished out on the upper forward surface. Straightening them buckles the perforated web. Modified some inherited adjustable pliers to make a crude pair of fluting pliers, and get the face straight, at the cost of mangling the perforated angle a bit.
Prepped all and micro'd in A13/10/5/2 x 2 and clamped under a straight edge, hoping for straightness... [Timewarp: ... and failing, BID pad required to get the faces parallel, Maybe clamped with too much force, bowing straight edge.]
