Trimmed and inspected and mostly good. Found one ply had bubbled for some reason, less than 2" chordwise in a non critical area. By the inspection criteria repair not required, but decided to do it anyway. Sanded back for 2" around. Along the way found two bubbles in a critical area, but should respond to injecting resin and flattening out. A bit mysterious.
Marked up lower templates to accept a straight edge supporting the trailing edge.
Micro'd trailing edge, patched the big bubble, injected resin and weighted the smaller ones.
Re attached lower jigs including the straight edges with glue blocks.
Started sanding leading edge to profile.
After a break ripped up peel ply over repair, which left a hump less than 1/32", within the inspection criteria.
