Brief Description:  Right Wing Shear Web

Trimmed layup. Still a little gummy, but test patches OK. Put off cleaning up blobs til cure, which means until both shear webs finished.

After a bit of research realise that even if I make it easy on myself for the lower Spar Cap, the metal reinforcement LWA2/3 will have to be in place before skinning the Wing bottom, as this layup overlaps the metal. Best to follow plans I guess.

Applied 3 x BID pads over hard points and stuck on LWA2/3 and weighted for cure.

Rounded the upper cornes of the aft jigs, (well, most anyway), an rebuilt wing jigs with old parts and the new aft upper jigs. Checked each with previously built jig checking templates.

Detached and cleaned diagonal props. Made some glue blocks for fixing the jigs to the floor, hopefully this time with less than a full can of bondo...

Broke jigs off floor, detaching 2 from the wing in the process... Re-attached with hot glue and clamped. Fitted 'stiletto' extensions the remaining jigs on the right Wing, so they will store without falling over.
