Brief Description:  Right Wing cores

Was perusing friend Dave's site (www.alongwayroundtheworld.com) and note he put his wing cores together with some sort of glue. turns out it is SikaBod TechGrip Polyurethane glue. Grabbed a bottle and glued up some test blocks of wing foam. After a 4 hour cure it would not come apart, all test bits failing in the foam. Will consider using it to join my blocks. Drips have the appearance of pour foam, but much denser and harder.

After another look at the FAQ and some websites I see the wisdom of not attempting the spar cap cuts in the initial profile cut, (like in the Canard cores), so make some more over-templates to make the wire hop the caps first time round. Will cut the caps later, after removing the over-templates. [Timewarp 13JAN18: Because of the confusion and time taken setting this up last time I just did it the plans way for the Left Wing. Far easier, far less confusing and perhaps a better outcome, the wire has not overburnt the corners as much as the Right Wing, perhaps because the wire is cooler from having cut from the nose. I deem it a dud tip!]

Attached the inboard template for real, noting distance of the WL 17.4 from the table, setting the outboard rib at the same height, and level.
