Replaced some crap dome headed bolts with 1/4" 1.5" hex head hardware bolts, got bored with this, and was sure all the jigs would fall over again if I fiddled too much.
Reorganised shop for hotwiring, dragged some foam out of the attic and started playing with foam for the right Wing. Note that the outer and inner panels need scrap foam, so despite it looking the most complex did the center panels first to generate some scrap!
Put up on the bench, with the block left part cut from CH10 jigged up on 1" blocks, [wrong].
