Brief Description:  Seatback and headrest

A period of complete inaction and house projects progressed and some personal time.

Spent long periods just sitting in the plane reading a book, then every half hour or so climb out and adjust anything that feels uncomfortable. Discover the rudder pedals are more forward than optimum, when I adjust the pedal to about the central position they are more comfy, and let me stick my feet in front of them in the cruise.

Am going to need some sort of booster seat under Viki so she can see out, even with 3" cushions. No way can she reach the pedals!

Started considering how to make the actual profiles, based on my comfort prototypes. Transferred the profile to some cardboard, then made some templates from mdf. Hot glued the templates to the bench, hot glued some foam between and cut to profile with router guide.
