Brief Description:  Canard tips

Took to one of the L jigs with a jigsaw and checked the result. Bit too agressive, built it up with cloth tape until 0 degrees achieved. Cut one more L jig to match and bondo'd them near the tips. Had a bit of a think and peeled them off again and reset them a bit further from the tips to help with sanding the tips to profile.

Sanded Canard tips flat and square, with 0.1" gap to end of Elevators.

Cut blocks of wing foam, cut pilot for hinge pin using the hinge pins, and enlarged with hand-held drill bit. Re-fitted the hinge pins, leaving enough exposed that I'll be able to get at them when I've shaped the tips a bit. Inserted a short section of Kilometrico pen as a bushing, and micro'd on the tips.

Made a template for a 1" straight section, then a flat top and 57 degree bottom. I've decided this is what I need for a Hoerner tip!
