Brief Description: Nose gear windows

Over two days stuck on another bit of 1/4" sheet wing foam, scored into a 1.25" grid and stuck on with urethane bond, clamped with wingnut and wing-ding cleco. Even the wingnut cleco had crushed the foam a bit on the first bit, so for this bit I made bridges. Zach Chase in his Sportsman window presentation uses little bits of wood to make a bridge for wing nut cleco. I used a 1/2" square bit of this CF for the same purpose and it worked brilliantly, no crushing of the foam. Wing-ding cleco worked brilliantly, again no crushing of foam, and easy to fit.
After cure I profiled it, leaving about 1/4" in the centre, tapering to zero at the edge, and leaving a do-able profile for glass through the brake line relief profile.
Using the window as a template, removed foam down to the glass, and rounding the edges
