Profiled the foam some more, then popped the foam blocks off the canard inside the door area, and re-hotglued them to F28. Cut a generous flox corner at the top junction of the foam blocks to F28 inside the door. Prep sanded F28 within the door area. Taped foam outside the side door flange, near F28.
Filled flox corner, then 2 x BID tape between the foam flange and F28. Used leftover resin to tape the forward corners, a bit difficult due to resin started to gel after 30 min in the pot. Fast hardener sucks, and the shed is only at 25C.
