Brief Description:  Nose gear doors

Trim the doors.

Am fitting the doors to the fuselage in a mashup of techniques based on the landing brake and the ailerons. Doing all the steps one door at a time, starting with STBD, this will allow me to work from inside the doors, one at a time.

Put the doors in place, held with plasticine from below, and 5-min some wood to the top.

Cut Al hardpoint inserts, prepped and 5-min to hardpoints, and marked centres.

Don't particularly want to use the -3 screws to attach the doors to the hinges like the LB, but don't want to use clickbonds either for this low visibility area. Decide to rivet the doors to the hinges, with an outer 'backing' plate of .032" 6064 Al, that I won't be using for the plans gear doors, kind-of like the aileron attachment.

Prep everything, flox and rivet everything together with BSPQ-43 Cherry rivets, with a well greased pin through both hinges.
