When installing my brake covers I discovered the brake lines down the main landing gear were both about 5cm short. Still a bit bitter about that. Decide it is time to do something about it, so strip out the port and starboard brake lines. I discarded the port, after salvaging the fittings, and installed the starboard on the port side. Can't quite install it without an extra hand, but I have now got a good indication of what length I need to replace the starboard. Even though they have been there a few years now they all seem to be in good nick.
Not a photographic triumph, but it does celebrate the uncomfort...
