Brief Description: Main gear fairings and heatshield
Over the last week, trimmy, trimmy, all OK.
Fit nutplates to the top mounting points from the cover to the gear leg flange. Try out a AN509-10R 50 countersunk screw, and it looks lovely. Will need to buy some more to mount it.
Install everything, and check for clearances all around and do the final profile trim around the edge, leaving about a 1/4" gap to the tyre. Put the aeroplane back on it's wheels, and start cleaning up to duplicate all this on the starboard side.
Trailing edge a bit wonky, but I'll wait a bit and see
