Attempted to refit the cabin heat T, and it just does not work. It is a stupid shape and the diameter where the hoses attach is just too bit. Make a new design that will incorporate more of the required turn in the T. Grind a joggle where the halves will overlap and cover the upper half with about 3-4 x BID using small bits around the narrow bit.
Trimmy, trimmy on cure. Taped it up and 3 x BID over the bottom, overlapping the top.
On cure drilled for assembly cleco and popped both halves off the form. Glued together with urethane bond and 1 x BID tape over the joins.
And the word has just come through. Teesdale sold! Last big efforts to finish our preparations, cleaning and shifting a shed full of CRAP! Next task when the money comes through is to get organised with the electrical system.
