Got myself a B&C L-40 alternator and bracket kit. Installed the alternator as per the supplied instructions. Pulled off the prop, fitted the belt then reinstalled the prop torqued up and safety wired (extension to flange).
Was astounded at the tension indicated for the belt, but we got there.
