Brief Description:  Canopy latches - final installation/fettling

In other news, Viki has been sick as a dog since the day before Christmas, and it has been a quiet holiday. She did revive enough to cook me a massive feed of turkey, etc. Also had a few days off due unbearable heat in the shop, Guage on the wall read 47C one day... Also, also have had a lot of time eaten by serious bushfires in my and surrounding areas. Just finished my second 12 hour shift on the fire line at Harcourt.

Oil temperature sensor and adapter I ordered yonks ago arrived, so I installed it. It, (of course) took a trip to Bunnings Aerospace for a 7/8" socket to install it...

Trial installed my safety latch, and after a few modifications to the orginal C1L used it as a patten to make 5 or so mockups with non-aviation hardware, and produce the "final" from 1/8" 2024-T3, with enought material remaining for maybe 1 more effort.

Continued fettling latches and got them all sorted. then installed the nuts on the C8, which somehow changed the geometry and I have to start fettling again... Much rather be fibreglassing something.
