Over three days, cut out the parts for the Cozy Classic forward hinged canopy. Some people have reported extreme difficulty using the plans version and getting the geometry right, but I have nothing concrete to base a modified version on, my mockup seemed to work, so I'm following the plans.
I have my usual difficulties replicating metal parts, but by bolting things together to match drill them it seems to be working nicely. Until I discover I have cut out 4 canopy/hinge brackets for the left side, and I only have enough material left for one right one. Hmmmmmmmm.
Complete one set, and write "mirror" on it to prevent further future f*&wittery...
Complete as much as I can on the other and try out the fit. Realise quickly that I need to remove the canard to achieve this, so move on to finishing the right stick cover before doing so.
