Trimmed the edges and broke up the form. Used bits to mark the cutlines and rough trimmed.
Offered to engine, marked, cut, repeat. Cowl exit is not quite right, so hacked it to make it fit and clamped to cowl with cleco clamps whilst I think about it.
With mocked up baffling fitted start making a form for the port plenum bottom. The aim is to layup on the bottom surface when done
