Brief Description: Aft cowling hinge

Over two days, removed the cleco one by one, drilled out to 1/8' and fitted with solid rivets. Cleaned up flox drool with pointy dremel burr bit. Worked on installing, adjusting, cleaning flox, repeat... Used a couple of bits of ply hot glued at a fetching angle and taped modelling clay to make forms for the hinge pin buttons. Started to visualise how to fill the holes I hacked in the cowling around the exhaust.
