Brief Description:  Roll control rigging

Trial rigged all aileron hardware, and discover that getting 20 degrees at the aileron requires 24 degrees at the stick. Not what the plans say. Spend ages trying to figure out what I've screwed up this time, but can't find anything. Sneak another couple of degrees inboard on the stick, and the bottom is STILL clear of the sides, though very close to starboard.

Make the judgement that all rod ends will be in the CS1 at least the length of an AN4 bolt, so decide all is OK. Drill all the pushrods to 1/8", fit the rivets, clean them all up, mask off the CS1, etch prime and painted acrylic white. Look loverly.

When cured, fitted up all hardware and checked operation. All looks loverly.

Removed CS125L and clamped ailerons at 20 degrees up
