Brief Description:  Roll control rigging

The diagram on 16-4 view A-A seems to indicate the middle part of CSZA should be vertical at the aileron neutral location, and the bottom should get close to the side. Make another jig to check for vertical on CZSA, and mark what is 0 degrees. I operated the stick +/- 20 degrees and mark these limits. I modify my Infinity stick grip mock-up and check for clearance with the window, and it isn't great. I adjust the 0 degree point about 4 degrees inboard port and 5 degrees starboard, and remark the 20 degrees.

Clamp port stick at the new 0 degrees, and note CS124R is nicely vertical, but CS125L needs trimming about 1/2". Am now worried if my CS126 will be long enough, they are supposed to be oversized, but look about right...
