Brief Description:  Complete aileron installation

When building the wings I had managed to underestimate tubing for the aileron torque tubes. I now have the tube, but spent a lot of time looking at the installed one, and trying to remember how I went about it. I recalled that the steps were not terribly clear in the plans, with my non-plans bearings a factor as well. I also recalled a TRAP, but could not remember, (or glean from my notes), what it was...

I rebuild my wing storage supports to separate the wings and access the ailerons. Fit the port CS151 to the starboard wing to investigate and note that the universal joint is fouling the inside of the conduit. Adjust with dremel sanding drum until it doesn't. It moves a long way aft when the aileron moves up.

Cut new CS151 to length, and fit with 90 degrees between the aileron and CS132/152. Don't do this, this is the TRAP I remembered... You need 90 degrees between CS132 and CS129. Re-do with the other half the tube I bought, and still get it wrong by 30degrees. WTF??? Give up
