Brief Description:  Cabin air vent ducting and canard fill

Over the last week in small steps, removed the duct from the form, trimmed it and trial fitted. Having an actual part in hand lets me design a more simple form for the other side, but I can use this part.

Bonded rear of duct to diffuser, and bonded diffuser to instrument paned with urethane glue, clamped with cleco.

Cut and filled some more flox corners in the fuselage side foam, against the inner and outer skin, and taped with 4 x 4oz from the duct rear across the NACA ramp.

When cured I taped up the NACA form and fitted it into the vent intake with hot glue blocks.

I packed out the shape of the remaining part of the duct with blue wing foam, then taped everything and marked the outline of the 'exposed' foam.

4 x 4oz over all, overlapping the 'exposed' foam and fuselage side 1/2"

Sorry the photos are sideways.
