Brief Description:  Wing fitting trolley table

Saw an idea on the Cozy Builders mailing list from Scott Fish for a frame to support the wing allowing easy fitting and removal with minimum helpers and maximum safety. View Scott fitting both wings to his Cozy in 39 seconds here:

The key was mounting it on trailer jockey wheels for easy adjustment of the alignment. My previous method of threaded rods in the legs of my strake building table and door alignment pumpy bags was basically crap. Watching Scott's video I could not help thinking how much it looked like my strake building table, so I'll just put wheels on it.

This decision was made late at night, with most of a nice bottle of red on board, and I awake to discover I have bought 3 jockey wheels on Ebay Aerospace!

Decide to put the wings on the plane for the first time since building the strakes, and modify the strake building table first. I had to cut down the crank handle on the jockey wheels a bit, mounted them on the table and screwed the cut down remains of the wing support jigs, (with a doubler), and covered them with carpet scraps. It is a two person job getting the wing on and off the trolley, but I can fit and remove the wing ON MY OWN!

Inspect the wing root/strake intersection for the first time, and it lines up nice, but is a bit tight. Mark up for a 1/8" gap.

Started scarf repair on some hangar rash on the wing, (marked).
