Brief Description:  Canopy frame internal layup

Trimmy, trimmy, all OK.

Removed supporting frame. Structure is freaking solid, despite not having a canopy to hold it all together. The plans don't actually say it, but I suspect the windows form part of the structure.

The multitool trims the CF BID nicely, but sandpaper and the dremel sanding drum have almost no effect. This stuff is HARD! Burn out 6 1/2" drums making 4 reference points.

Re-drilled hard point pilot holes.

Had an astounding idea for filling the canopy flanges. Previously I've been adding micro and sanding to a measured profile. Instead I tape up my corner template, hot glue it in position, and trowel micro around it. I make a straight template from a canopy off-cut, tape it, hot glue it in position and trowel micro around it. Made another straight template and did some more.
