Brief Description:
Canopy frame hard points
Layup up flox/BID pads for gas struts, canopy handles and forward latches. All with wood blocks taped on for profiles.
Fitted aluminium slug for safety catch.
Noted one hinge hardpoint was 1/4" shorter than the other, Excavated and topped it up.
Hard-shelled all the big cavities in the pour foam with dry micro.
