Exotherm has expanded and melted the wing foam around the hardpoint, with clear blue residue leaking everywhere, which I thought initially was resin pumped out of the layup. Sh!t! The expanding foam has pushed the layup inward, bulging it proud of the desired location before it melted. SH1T!
Poke despondently at the result for a while. Decide I must remove the foam from around the layup, inspect what it looks like, and decide if the hardpoint is usable in some form or must be removed. Bugger.
Looks like crap! The blue stuff is melted wing foam.
