Wet sanded port aileron bottom 320g, then 80g block sanded top.
Tried a new balance on the aileron:
Port - was 98g on the trailing edge, now 60g. Too heavy Starboard - was 91g, now 85g. OK so far.
Time to attack the epoxy coating, particularly on the trailing edge, and make it all lighter. Scraped the port again, then dry block sanded 240g, then wet 240/320g. After that it looked about the same, but now balances at 94g. Result!
