Brief Description:  Canopy frame boards

Starting figgering for the canopy frame. I'm intending to fit my canopy AFTER paint, and want to have a way to move the frame in and out of the plane whilst building. Rather than the crappy boards bondo'd to the fuselage, I reckon a 4" rim of plywood sitting on blocks hot glued to the inside of the fuselage will work better. Also intend to tie the bit forward of the instrument panel to the aft with some sort of rigid bracket. May work.

Cut out the ply forms, and installed with the hot glue blocks.

Contemplated result, and decide the canard cover needs to happen at the same time. Rather than sanding a block of foam to sit on the canard cover I make up a pair of templates to hot wire a block to fit.
