New batch of hardener: MGS H285 (FAST!) 8 0036. I got this from a builder who had abandoned his project, hadn't noticed it was fast, but not too worried, structural work is done!
Layed up hardpoint for hinges using 2" tapes. 1 x BID over outboard, and 4 x BID for the seatbacks inboard and peel ply.
2 x BID over spar hole covers front face, peel ply and invert over plastic to make a flange around the outside.
Fill flox corner at base of seatbacks, and 1 x BID overall, overlapping the hinge hardpoint plies, peel ply and weight for cure.
