Opened up fuel tank 1 1/4" drains and cleaned up inside strainer, checking work with borescope. Some have suggested using a soldering iron for this, but it did damage for 1/2" away from the tiny hole achieved in a test piece, so I just used a hole saw/dremel sanding drum with a vacuum continuously applied.
Squeeged raw EZpoxy resin over inside of blisters and strake/fuselage sites and fitted both blisters with EZpoxy flox, clamped with cleco. Satisfactory squooge achieved.
Continued contouring inside foam for gascolator. Back buggered.
