Brief Description: Fuselage/strake cutout planning, starboard side
Mark up some indexes, 1" intervals along the upper surface of R57 and R/B33 bulkheads and try to tranfer a line to the side of the fuselage with a straight edge. Its pretty easy to visualise a point a foam thickness below the wing rib, and transfer to the fuselage. End up with a horribly wobbly line. Try again shining a light along the bulkhead noses, but the result is even wobblier than than the straight edge. Contemplate a cutting template for the leading edge, but that is just as wobbly. Time out, #1 son works with lasers, maybe that is the answer.
Start looking at the cutout, and how to adjust for the 1" aft seatback, then realise the cutout is based on the location of the bulkheads, the seatback only affects the central un-cut portion.
