Brief Description: Turtleback drip rail and inner taping

Marked up interior for tapes and trimmed blobs & blocks.
Didn't really undestand what the drip rail was supposed to achieve at the longerons, so sanded off the irrelevant bits and glued on some core foam with urethane bond to provide a pleasing curve over the longerons. The plan is to achieve a shape over this with the internal tapes, then glass the outside, including a repair of the leading edge. [Timewarp: Notice later that my mod is complete bollocks, but the plans are bollocks also. Finally decide on a fix 01SEP21, but a better approach at this point would be to leave the drip rail as shown in the plans, going straight down to 1" above the longerons to avoid the attachment tapes. Finish it off later with some sort of drain as the last step, maybe through the longeron onto the top of the strake]
