Brief Description:  Turtleback jig design

Get horribly confused transferring my lofty sticks to a firm plan. Decide to ignore the plans jig dimensions, and work from my figgerings. Have to allow for the thickness of the final skin, the extra thickness of the flange, and juggling between inside of the jig and outside of the final skin. Quite bewildering. Decide to base the width on the longeron inside gap.

Final result:

J1/2 16.85" high, 19,8" wide (from centerline to edge)
J3 15.8 18.5
J4 13.98 16.95
J5 12.36 15.71
