Brief Description: Sump Tank internal layup

Trimmed layups, all OK. Cut parrallel slots in top of arse support using table saw, full depth of foam, 20mm apart. Box taped the underside and hot glued to bulkheads.
Marked edges of 1" top hat flanges and had a thought that a small fillet of flox would make for a better structure/seal, kind of a cast flox corner. Taped up some triangular section 1/4" foam fillets and hot glued to the edges.

I am in the habit of having 3 sets of layup tools in use. The ones I used yesterday sit in the vinegar and get cleaned AFTER the days layup, with the cleanup involving todays gear, which gets left in the vinegar at the end. After cleaning I put it all on a shelf, and wait at least another day before re-using them. When I went to clean up yesterdays tools that had been sitting in acetone I discover they were startlingly clean, with even cured epoxy having been dissolved and the stippling brush fluffy like new. The credit card squeegee, however, had separated into layers and doubled in size! Also, half of the acetone had evaporated. Out of interest I chucked a bit of foam into the remaining brew and it was enthusiastically dissolved. Hmmmmmm. This stuff has to stay away from the aeroplane.
