Relieved foam near torque tube and assemble all with urethane bond. Still find interference and add a little to the aft bit. Many these days make the whole front armrest removable, but I would really like to avoid visible fasteners, and note many that have made their armrests removable have to add extra structure. Hmmmmm. Decide to make my front armrests fixed, but have a real big cutout for the stick, and an access door in the side.
Stick on transition piece last, and the inside bevelly bit.
Start cutting out foam for left armrest, and discover that my problems up front have been caused by omitting the top 3" vertical part of the side. IDIOT!
