Brief Description:  Electrical/Rudder/brakeline conduit

Trimmed and cut up Rudder conduit clips, same flange size as the electrical conduit clips.

Installed Rudder cable conduit with urethane glue in corners of rear conduit, seatback, instrument panel and a dab between each clip, which are mounted 6" apart. Clamped with cleco or bits of taped foam as appropriate.

Fitted electrical conduit clips until I ran out of 3/32" cleco.

Have been following an old debate on the interweb on whether to secure cables with zip ties or nylon string and hadn't bothered with a decision yet, as my clips could accomodate either. Tried a bit of velcro tape with a 15mm overlap, which happily lifted a 5.7kg ballast weight, but separated if I swung it about. Hmmmm. This will at least work for the assembly stage.

Decided there was no reason I could not use the same sort of clips to secure the brake lines rather than flox/taping, so made ANOTHER form from 2 x 1/4" dowels wrapped in duct tape untill they are the same diameter as the brakelines, and hot glued to a taped board. Layup 2 x BID and use the previously created clampy boards.
