Removed rudders and hogged out as much around the path of the bellhorn I can reach, nicking the fillet skin at one point.
Refitted left rudder, taking almost an hour to feed in the cable, and it still interferes. Drilled through Winglet skin, (and attach structure), from the outside, and open up the hole to about 3/4" so I can SEE what is going on.
