Shrank the wingtip light mounts to about 5mm bigger than the lights, having looked at templates of the light in place.
Shaped the tips some more, levelled the wings and marked a level line for the light installation. Relieved the foam and interfering skin and installed the mounts with urethane bond, secured with tape.
