Rouse out the block I had set aside for both lower winglets and offer the templates to it. It is too short and two narrow. F*&k, damn and utter bollocks!!! After I calm down a bit finding and putting away all the tools I had distributed around the workshop I make two more blocks from three pieces of the wing trim blocks, making the starting blocks 13 x 8.5" cut square with some ply jigs I just invented. I joined these together with spray glue and paper on the bottom (inner) side, and hot glue blocks on the top (outer) side.
Mark up the template position on one block, and fix the templates to the other, figuring it will make a good starting block for any volunteer that turns up to cut.
