Brief Description:  Right Wing lower Skin prep

Sanding foam, filling divots with dry micro and marking up where the edges of the skin plies will go, using my swastika square.

My TC Len, (and his wife), were rather keen for me to make my cores 'perfect' before skinning. I wasn't keen, remembering how badly the blue foam accepted gouges from the edge of sanding blocks. Made a discovery here when loosely wrapping some sandpaper around a short ply block that the folded edge was much less likely to gouge the foam! Burnt my carefully glued up and Bingelis approved sanding boards and made the cores 'perfect' in short order. Dramatically easier!

Emboldened by a practical method of sanding micro without causing huge gouges proceeded to underfill divots with really dry micro.

Painted steel Hidden Rudder Bellhorn Parts with cold gal.
