Brief Description:  Right Wing cores

Started on right wing inner foam core blocks, RFC1. Remaining block after the Canard cut is slightly too small, so both blocks require some scrap to cover the profile. Match drilled the ribs on the WL 17.4 marking, lined up at the trailing edge marking and joined with nails from behind. I rough cut the foam blocks with a hand saw, leaving at least 1" excess so I can roughly place the joined ribs, balance a level on the nails and move the ribs around on the block to figure out where to put it. With the small block jigged 18mm off the table I only need 1" extra on the top.

Stuck blocks together with blobs of 5-min with flox in, (outside the cut area), for the extra blocks, and sticks to join the major blocks. Propped up the RFC1 cores on blocks. Made an extra set of straight cut templates, and set up so I am ready to do both edge cuts on RFC1 and the upper Spar Cap cut on RFC2/4. [Timewarp 13JAN18: Don't do it this way.]
