Filled some voids with flox, particularly where the end grain of the cap plies is exposed.
4 x UND at 45 degrees over all, then peel ply. 2.1kg of resin used. As expected, it is a bitch to wet out the vertical and undercut bits. A little work stool on wheels was very useful, despite decrepitude...
Epoxy went off really fast. At the end of the layup leftover micro from step 1 had gone hard and I had to throw away the container! Over 30 degrees all day. Finished my first roll of UND, this is a bonus, as I had only initially bought enough to finish CH13.
Mounting boards got in the way of scissor trim a bit, would have been better narrower.
