Brief Description:  Wing CS Spar Cap troughs

Redrew the cut lines for the outer bits of the upper spar cap outboard ends, so could cut as much as I could with the router, then did so, adding to the fearful foam dust mess.

Sanded to the templates at the BL indicated using a small sanding block. Joined up these levels with a long sanding block. I note with interest I exposed micro at each outboard corner, so I probably have this right.

Cut the 1" x 0.5" bevel on the leading edge with a jigsaw, (after trying some other options), and sanded smooth. For some reason the jigsaw really stirred up the foam dust in a way my other tools don't, and had to whack on a P2 mask.

Radiused all edges except the AFT face, want to install LWA4/5 and then match their profile.

Marked up positions of LWA4/5, rough cut with a jigsaw blade in a hobby knife holder and a 1/4" wood chisel.

Prepped LWA4/5.

Cleaned up sites with Dremel, and removed all of the installation brads I could find for the inner hard points. Installed LWA4/5 with flox, weighting with bricks.
