Brief Description:  Nose top foam

Continue shaping nose top.

Water based spray foam is crap. Still tacky, and has not bonded well. Accidently broke off a bit, and stuck it back on with 2-part pour foam, which exotherms mightily, but seems to set and stick fairly rapidly. Hmmm.

Home from work and play some more. Pour foam has set like brittle concrete, it is brilliant and makes a joint stronger than the surrounding foam. Part is stuck on like sh1t to a blanket. Unable to remove alignment screw without pulling a foam core out. Disassemble nose top, clean it up and reset with pour foam.

Levelled fuselage, to help achieve a level nose top, after the nose bottom shaping experience.
