Brief Description:  Trimming lower nose layup

Cut out the nose strut with multi tool and hand held hacksaw blade, and trimmed layup.

My plans for fairing the sides of NG-5 didn't work, because of interference with the NG-30 forward.

Thought I had kept close enough to the strut, but severed 7" of SC forward. :( Made some scrap foam blocks to push the edge back in position for taping.

Made a packing piece to fill the gap between SC & F-22 I had left by over-enthusiastic trimming, and 5-min into place.

Spent an hour cleaning out plasticine. Overall, happy with the result and consequences.

Faired lower un-bonded portion of strut cover with RTV.

Marked out an area next to the wheel cutout to layup the intended nose wheel doors, covered with grey tape for release.

Faired LE of nosewheel cutout a bit more, and prepared flox corner against bottom skin.
